4. Provide an overview of the issue and the organization’s involvement. Provide some history on this issue, if possible. 5. Discuss what impact the issue has on professional nursing. Formatting your paper: Follow the instructions for how to format an APA Student Paper template. To verify the format of your template, see the example in the APA Manual (7th ed.) p. 61. Page 2: At the top of page 2, you will write the title of your paper, bolded and in title case. The title of your paper should match the title on the title page. Under the title of your paper you will Include an introductory paragraph (not labeled Introduction). After the introductory paragraph, you will use the Level I headings below to organize your paper. The scholarly paper must be written in third person and approximately three (3) pages in length, excluding the title and reference pages. You may use the first person “I”, however only when discussing why you chose the organization. Do not use the first person “you” or “we” in your paper.
