Work through the entire exercise until you receive the acknowledgement that “you have reached the successful resolution to the communication scenario.”Once your play through is completed, submit a reflection answering questions posed at the end. This part of the exercise is graded in Complete/Incomplete format and is due Thursday of Week 3. Late submissions will not be accepted for credit due to the collaborative nature of this week’s learning objectives.

ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS:This week, you will be working in small groups to apply what you learned in class by examining a case study using conflict resolution techniques. You will be required to complete a series of required tasks with hard deadlines to earn credit. Group participation will go on without the instructor’s intervention.Your individual tasks are as follows:Complete Part 1 Activity in the first half of the week. At the latest, submit Part 1 by Thursday. Participate in Part 2 of the Activity read your assigned case study – it is posted in the forum.2. by Thursday submit your individual answer (Post 1; minimum 350 words, incorporate textbook support).3. by Sunday reply to at least two (2) classmates and react to their initial answers (Post 2 and Post 3; each response should be at least 200 words, incorporate scholarly support, and ask a meaningful open-ended question).4. by Sunday post a final reflection on this exercise. What have you learned about the case study? What have you learned from your teammates about various ways in which one conflict may be resolved? What will you take away from this discussion? (Post 4; minimum 350 words, incorporate scholarly support and cite specific peer contributions and reflections).
