The project that I have worked on during my mentorship will be successful. The successful outcome will be that all the Peaks region within Intermountain Health will be using the same radiation badges. The measure that was put into place for this outcome was updating the contract with the radiation badge company, which gave the organization a discount since we now have eight care sites utilizing their radiation badges. The goal of this project will be to get to the Canyon and the Desert regions utilizing the same radiation badges. “Ensure accountability by creating a tracking report to identify who is responsible for each task and ensure everyone knows their priorities” (Madison, 2024).
